The body of a fitness professional is their best reference. If you see a trainer in a great shape, it's a good sign that they know their trade well. You know that you're in the best of hands.
Each client is different and has a different set of requirements and expectations. I'm flexible and willing to adjust, but trust me when I say that we won't be lounging around.
